E6 Rings Refund Policy
General Overview
Please note our refund policy has been updated for 2022.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us anytime. All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team otherwise it will not be processed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Ship items back within 90 days of delivery. We do not accept cancellations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@e6rings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When you request a return or exchange via email, please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Packing Slip
- Photo of Damaged or Incorrect Item

Damages and Defects
Each ring comes standard with a lifetime manufacturer's defect warranty. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Digital downloads

Exchanges
We offer unlimited free size exchanges. Please email us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Packing Slip
- Photo of Damaged or Incorrect Item
- Small note explaining the changes you would like to be made
We will send you a return shipping label and once we have received your original item we will get another one sent out to you. Please be sure to send the ring back in a box or bubble mailer and not a standard envelope or it will not make it. Thank you!
Refunds

We will send you a return shipping label and once we have received your item, we will refund your order. Please be sure to send the ring back in a box or bubble mailer and not a standard envelope or it will not make it. Additionally, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
