Shipping Times & Cost
Our standard United States Shipping method is USPS. Shipments average 3-5 business days depending on location, from Utah. Express Shipping is available as an upgrade option during checkout. All of our orders are shipped with insurance.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing. Rings are made to order and may take longer due to the quantity of rings and any custom work required. If the ring is in stock, orders can be processed within a 1-2 day timeframe. We will notify you if the order will take longer to fulfill. All prices are calculated at checkout according to your region.

Weekends & Holidays
We do NOT ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Holidays. For any additional information, please contact us at sales@e6rings.com.
Order Tracking
Shortly after your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the applicable shipping service's site to view the latest check-in of your package.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once we have received your item, we will refund your order. Please be sure to send the ring back in a box or bubble mailer and not a standard envelope or it will not make it. We do not accept cancellations. The buyer pays for return shipping. If the product is being returned because of an error on the part of E6 rings, we will provide a shipping label for the return. Please review our Return Policy.
When you request a return or exchange via email, please include the following information:
- Order Number
- Packing Slip
- Photo of Damaged or Incorrect Item
